Test offerings have been validated by two former ASAM presidents, following all ASAM testing guidelines and medical necessity.

Compliance demonstrates our commitment to integrity in our operations and builds trust among our employees, customers, healthcare professionals, patients and the government. In consideration of these laws and regulations, grants or sponsorships provided by Ammon Labs are not contingent upon or tied in any way to past, present, or future purchases or referrals of Ammon Labs’ products or services. When evaluating whether to fund a sponsorship request, Ammon Labs will not consider any of the following:

Whether or how much the requestor or any related party purchases or refers Ammon Labs’ services

Whether the sponsorship may reward the requestor or any other person for purchasing or recommending Ammon Labs’ services

Whether the sponsorship may induce the requestor or any other person to purchase or recommend Ammon Labs’ services
Apply for Funding
Please review the requirements listed below before submitting requests for funding.
Funding Requirements:

Requests must meet one of the supported areas (addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and/or education).

Organizations must have Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.

Submitted applications must include all required fields.

Supporting flyers or documents regarding the event or program must be included with the funding application.

Requests must be received at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the project or program.

Telephone solicitations will not be accepted.
